Hi, 

my son still can't upload his world into the realm after updating the version to .20.

We don't have the eshop-Version, but we have the card to insert into the switch. How should we reinstall the program? 

Will there ever be  a solution? I don't understand why it doesn't work anymore. It already did without problems!

Please help, thank you!
