This has happened to me my Realms world, and to both of my friends in that Realm as well. I play on Nintendo Switch, one of my friends on PC and the other friend on iPad. All of us have had this happen in local worlds on our systems as well. Hence the multiple devices. Also, I'm moderator in a large minecraft bedrock group on Facebook, posts concerning this issue have been made a lot since 1.16.100 by many group members. I speak on their behalf as well.
