The server owner would rather not make the server log public, however he informed me that when I left the server the logs said "Reason for disconnect: BVengo logged in from another location" and never displayed my camera account (BVengoV2) logging off the server either.
The reason for disconnect is incorrect (it was an intentional disconnect because of the bug), and my other account was definitely closed.
I'm afraid I don't know how it's hosted, however I'll try to update this when I find out. I'm attaching the crash report to the description. Note that the issue is not persisting at the time of forcing the crash.
