Nobody from Mojang trying to find and fix this bug? It is very sad. Playing Minecraft does not make any fun without using maps!

I have checked ALL new maps I created since 1.2.13.60. All new maps are locator maps. Directly after right-clicking on the empty map I update them directly to level 4. I made a video you can see what I have done.
In the past, the filled out area on the map would have been on the upper left.
I have recorded a second video . You can see - after the update to Level 1 the map seems to be right on the upper left corner. Than the alignment of the map moves over the levels to the center.
