I think, that you make footsteps noises while in spectator mode.
It seems like no... I was able only to took two media files from the world. One shows that is missing and one shows that no. But I also noticed, that the button was missing even in the first world's minutes. But I also think that I didn't noticed, that I was in the boat, so you aren't able to use it...

I tried to update my Music data pack (I'm Android user) and it didn't updated. It Sayed updating... but when I entered the game, it didn't!
