I also got this issue on my Samsung A11 device. I got a good gameplay performance on the first release of nether update patch 1.16.0 full release, but after several minor hotfix patches it affects the game performance very badly. This issue is still present in 1.16.200. I hope this issue will soon be fixed because I haven't play Minecraft for almost a month now.
