Running iPad 9.3.5. Just updated to 1.13.1 and still crashes almost instantly when I try to load MC.

I'm exeriencing the same crash - haven't been able to run for well over a week now. I'm running IOS 9.3.5. For me, MC still doesn't work in Airplane mode so there seems to be some variation there.
