I had this same problem and solution is: you need a friend who plays mc too or you need another device that you can play mc. The plan is go to your world and the bed bug will appear then go to chat quickly and wait the game wont crash but you cant go out of the chat. Say to your friend to log into the world and go to your house. Then he must destroy your bed. And then you are free. Just restart the world then and it will be fixed.
Yes I updated the game. It's still the same problém the Ink sacks that I obtained before from wandering trader can't be stacked and can't make a Black dye of it.
