Yes it does happens it latest beta. (beta 1.16.100.56 android) (Not sure about stable version or other platforms) 

Same issue on my old core duo pc, but running game with ESA_GL_VERSION_OVERRIDE=4.5 fixes it on my pc.

it looks like Google chrome don't have this problem
