Hello I came to report that I have had the same issue. I built an guardian farm, before snapshots. My problem occured when updating from snapshot 20W20b to 20W21a and it is still in the latest 20W22a snapshot.
Can confirm that it seems to be only guardian temples loaded before snapshots that seems to be affected.
