- Re-install of Drivers, Java and Minecraft (and deleting their folders later)
- Copy the OpenGL32.dll into Java folder and System32
this problem ONLY came when I setup the Javaw.exe on display settings to run with my video card (AMD Radeon RX 580 4GB XFX) instead of the integrated graphics (Intel HD Graphics 4600), my graphics card support OpenGL 4.5 and this is ridiculous that I can't play Minecraft with that one :/ (and previously does)

Currently I'm using the latest driver released (21.11.2) just in case of that could solve this problem and doesn't. I also send a ticket to AMD in case this problem came from their side.
