How to reproduce the bug:
Create a 3x3x1 hole and fill it with water.
Place a fence or other barrier around the water to help prevent the pufferfish from failing to enter it. (optional)
Spawn 7-9 pufferfish in the hole (ideally ≥8).
Spawn more pufferfish (when too many are squished into a given space, their hitboxes seem to merge and try to fit multiple fish in one space).
