I am having the same issue with the Star Wars pack. I purchased it today and it is saying that I do not have enough space for the 171MB download but I currently have enough space on the physical switch as well as the SD card. I saw in some previous comments that you asked for some info. He is what is showing on the switch.
Minecraft is using
system shows – sd card 1.2 GB
Screenshots - 343 MB that is for all images and videos
delete save data shows 4.0 GB
System Memory Free Space - 14.8 GB MicroSD Card Free Space 23.8 GB
