How is this a duplicate of that issue? It seems only tangentially related to that issue.
It might. Mine in specific is moving and turning, but I did notice slowdowns when moving in and out of a tunnel structure as well.
Additionally, I suspect this has to do with Frustum Culling, but I could be wrong.
In addition, it also happens on a separate computer.
I have a repeat command block giving the following command: "/effect @p minecraft:levitation 1 253 true."

Depends. What is the location and name of the texture? Is it just entity/projectile/arrow.png?

I'm getting this, too. I spawn some zombies, creepers, skeletons and villagers, all spawned with the PersistenceRequired:1 tag, and yet when I come back, half of them are gone. If this is intended, it should really be changed, as there is no reason this should happen at this point.
That's very difficult to do since the lag is very brief and there's no indication when or if it will happen. Wouldn't I need to just be running /debug all the time until it happens, creating a needlessly long debug output? Please advise.
If it helps at all, I can say for sure that this never happened in any version of Minecraft I've played until this one, and many people on the Minecraft subreddit report this happening specifically in 1.14.4.
