This appears to happen on Minecraft realms, win 10 too. Version 1.2.1.

Seems to be the "place block/use" command that is glitching. In addition to the rapid doors, when moving and placing blocks at the same time the blocks get placed at an uncontrollably fast rate. This makes the game very difficult to play.

Indeed it still happens in realms 1.2.0. I got instantly killed yesterday, wearing full diamond armour and having pretty much full health. The death message was "killed by blaze". Please fix this, the Nether is terrifying as it is already, we don't need insta-killing enemies.
