I have the same problem with version 1.5.1.
This bug when tp the people on chunks uncharged. (commandBlock)

I think I found how to crash all the time!

Step 1 : put "ESCAPE" for "Pick Block"

Step 2 : open a chest

Step 3 : move the mouse over an item in his inventory

Step 4 : do ESCAPE

New test, same problem with Java updated.

You could test with the map I uploaded, please ?
This map was created this night with 1.4.5.
