In the image where the texture of the Zombiefied Piglin is correct I was using the texture pack "Natural" and in the second image where the texture does not match I was using the texture pack "Minecraft beta texture update"

To see if this bug happened again, create a new creative world with only the beta texture pack and the texture of the Zombiefied Piglin continues being that of the Zombie Pigman.

But if I activate the "Natural" texture pack together with the "Minecraft beta texture update" texture pack, the texture of the Zombiefied Piglin is correct as shown in the images attached to this comment.

This only happens with the Zombiefied Piglin.
