If anyone have further information on context and/or triggers on where/when this occurs it would be very helpful in further investigation.
Recent changes in fog calculations have affected cloud rendering underwater. This will be addressed later as part of future rendering refactoring and enhancements. Until then, clouds underwater no longer will differ between Fancy and Fabulous.
