I am using a combination of two Windows 11 computers and two internet connections to verify that it works. This is just a guess, but I believe it is due to either incompatibility with Windows 11 or changing the email address on my account after purchasing both editions of Minecraft with my Microsoft account. I have asked Minecraft Help for help, but unfortunately after exchanging a few canned responses, I was only directed to the bug tracker.
