For example: my game was at 9 fps while the grafic card was at 30% and the processor at 65%.

Ok I thought this feature was in Minecraft 1.14.4 vanilla, but it was an Optifine feature, but please see my other report

My PC is bad, but the game runned much better before 1.15.

I have the fps blocked to 60, and I play at 2 chunks.

Thanks DJivan. Without Optifine my game runned better in 1.14.4, so it isn´t an Optifine problem.
