Hello, the same thing happens to me in my world, especially at chunks where there are many mobs. Plus, it's impossible craft itens fast, in previous versions like 1.18 this didn't happen.

Man I saw the problem. Your Happy Ghasts are causing that bug. This happens when you trap them in fences. Just keep they away from your base. It's a bug. Check this out:
