How is this a duplicate of MC-60242? That bug only affects block models. This bug affects hopper behavior, not hopper models.
UPDATE: It looks like hopper behavior has been fixed. Now the only issue is that the F3 screen is showing the "enabled" tag on hoppers wrong, which is what lead me to think that hoppers were still broken.
