It's very rare in my case removes the ores: Copper, Coal and Iron Hope they can solve 😞👍
This same bug happened to me
With only: Diamonds, Redstone, Emeralds, Lapis Lazuli, Gold
With other ores such as: Iron, Coal and Copper This does not happen❌
This only happened when I was creating a world so I went to mine more when I saw there were no diamonds 😞💎😖
