It only seems to be doing it when it is on the polished granite...I tried it on the stone and it popped off and right into my inventory like its supposed to...I did it about 3 times, and the same result on the Granite, also with and without enchantment.
I do not have a screenshot.
Steps to reproduce, put item frame on wall, insert sword (enchanted), few hours later...next game play, try to retrieve sword, tap item frame have sword pop out, and disappear, try to break item frame, and have it also disappear...
I get that this is a duplicate but you could have at least said like check above your house...:|
