@Mega_Spud It does appear to be a similar issue.
Filing 12 bug reports for it won't get your issue solved any quicker.
Have you tested whether you can start it after backing up your save(s) and then removing them from the minecraftWorlds folder? i.e. in
%AppData%\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\games\com.mojang\minecraftWorldsmove the folders contained within to another location and start the game, if it works, then it's probably something in a save that's messing with it
No, on this occasion it was when I loaded the game, starting and remaining in the Overworld.
