Oh bedrock they only take about 1-2 minutes. I waited for 20 minutes. The reason how I know it only takes about 2 minutes is because if I wait 2 minutes leave the game and return they automatically are already villagers and not zombies this tells me that they are stuck until you leave and go back in. My partner experienced the same thing on his console when playing Bedrock.
Well I never leave the area where the healing villagers are as for my computer I need to keep simulation distance as around 4 as it will cause lag due to my computer having low ram so if I leave they will despawn. However it seems to be fixed now as I was observing my villagers while healing and it took them about 1-2 minutes before they changed to normal villagers without me having to reload the game. Thank you for the help.
