Reproduced--I am observing the same error. Bug confirmed.

I confirm this bug. The Polish translation would benefit from having a variable in this string as the word "thumbnail" should be located at the end of the phrase.

The same issue also applies to Turkish text—the all-uppercase name "Minecraft: Java Edition" wrongly appears with dotted capital I İ
.
This is because of how Turkish capitalization is handled—small i
in Turkish text turns into İ
while ı
(dotless small i) is the lowercase equivalent to I
. In foreign text, however, the names should be handled same way they would in the source language, so MINECRAFT: JAVA EDITION
, not MİNECRAFT: JAVA EDİTİON
.
For reference, see the attachment (Turkish.png
).
Did you log in on the exact same website and checked in the same place as before? If you're sure you did so, maybe the Microsoft translators are changing the translations on the website. Maybe check again later in that case.
Don't worry, just don't forget again 😛
Hey, any updates?
Hey, I'm the Polish translator. Could you tell me what's the Polish translation on the minecraft.net site, so I can change it in the launcher?
@Lemafor @Bilgesez Malay
It doesn't need to be 100% approved - Esperanto Is not completed and yet it's included in the Lanucher. But yes, there might be a threshold; I suggest approving as many translations as possible and then, if some mistakes are found, cancel its approval.
