Well, when you mine block, particles, that are come from it, get stopped, when they hit any block.

I just figured out why is this happening. It's because i was far away from the spawn (x:8468860). I noticed in this area, that particles from torch are coming from air 1 block far from the real position of torch and when i open this area in MCedit, it displays wierdly, so it's probably all relate to each other, because on spawn, everything works fine. Sorry for wasting your time.

I posted screenshots, unfortunately, when i type ipconfig/all in a dos box, it says that it's illegal command. Not sure if we talking about same thing, i googled dos box and this came out: http://www.dosbox.com
