It's just an workaround.
I can confirm this on Linux in 1.19-pre5. It could be fixed by enabling RAW input and returning scroll sensitivity to 1.00.
Thanks. After some tries, my farmer finally restocked. It looks like, there can't be anything directly above composter. And I'm also not sure from where got my farmer full pockets of wheat seeds as he was previously farming carrot only.
But this happen for new worlds as well.
Someone mentioned, that this is connected to structures. So I've created a new world without structures and I'm not able to reproduce the invalid biome issue. But no villages, mine shafts…
Yes, 21w17a, latest Caves&Cliffs datapack. I've created a brand new world, played it about 1 hour, then exited the game. After new start I've created a backup as game suggested and opend the World. I didn't move, only open a furnance GUI. Then game lags again and world is corrupted 😞
So I've created a new world (random seed). Played for about three hours - no issue. Then I've logged, jumped to water, big lag that ended by my drowning 😞

It happen to me as well. Latest snapshot, official Cliffs & Caves preview datapack. It happen after some time of playing (1h+). World starts lagging a lot and was unplayable. Restart does not help. So I delete the region folder and re-generated all chunks. Again. No issue, but after another hour world starts lagging again.
I can provide save if needed.

It is still not fixed. I've a new world on 1.17 snapshots. I went to explore west direction from my base and found a place on the coast where were about 20 bees and only one bee nest. Also I've continued by boat and found another bee traveling to the west across the sea. No land were around.
Could this be connected with chunk unloading?
I'm testing a small Zombie Pigman farm in Crimson Forest. The floor is made from magma blocks to avoid piglin spawn. In the middle is a turtle egg. Zombie Pigman spawn, but stay still, don't want destroy the egg.
I'm not sure about this. My bees disappear totally. Not only bees that were not able to enter nest.
I've the same experience. After some time bees on landscape disappear. I've already reported in MC-166985. They went far away and don't return or take damage from water and disappear.
Will be nice if bees at least respawn when there are blank nests on landscape. The same as cows, sheeps, foxes... are respawning.
Last think: I've switched to Creative mode and spawn bees to populate these nests and after a short time the nest close to the river is again missing bees.
So I went to the trip to find some bees. I've found one on coast and tried to find the nest, but before it, I've saw that bee went above the water, get down close to water surface, take a damage and disappear. As all my nests are close to water, all bees probably take a damage from the water and are gone now 😞

I've investigated this issue deeply and it looks like something happen before pre2. Because there already are bees missing already in pre1 backup that I made before conversion to pre2. Also when I loaded early pre1 backup in pre3, bees are there.
The only important thing that happen between was raid that happen in my village. Could vexes kill all bees?

First nest is right on login, second is on top of my base 😉, third (that I didn't touched) is on 209/66/-189.
... and it is the same even when you put upper slab in the water.
I can confirm this. I have chest in stairs pattern, copper golem climb up to the highest chest and stuck there.
