This bug has been reported several times, and still not fixed.

Same issue. Had it for several hours. Almost four. That's not OK

I have had this issue for several hours now, when is it going to be fixed. I even tried reinstalling, twice. Did not work.

I have the same problem. And I already bought the account, I even renewed it. (Sorry for bad English)
