I have three or four patrols spawned in the End right now. Everytime I leave and come back another one spawns with out any despawning. Slowly filling mob cap in end with patrols. Can't build any farms in the End because a patrol spawns in it and breaks the farm. Have also had patrols spawning in a perimeter being built in a swamp.
