Same thing happened to me the other day. I would just go back to the previous save. Especially if you lost armor and other items.

This is definitely not fixed. I just died with full health. Full diamond armor. One shot. If I could get the clip to upload I can show it. I’m on Xbox one bedrock edition. I have never had an issue until this phantom update.
