I would like to add that I am also not able to unlock the achievement “whatever floats your goat” I am in a world that can earn achievements, I am connected to the internet and logged into my Xbox account. I have had the same issue with the achievements “treasure hunter“ , “me gold!” , and “sound of music” . All same circumstances, I did the necessary requirements and for whatever reason did not get the achievement. I would also like to add the I have unlocked the master trader achievement in the same world, so it’s specific achievements not all of them in general. I have not altered my game settings at all. And I’m not sure if it makes a difference but I have been playing it on my realms, but like I said I have earned the master trader achievement so I don’t know what issue would cause specific achievements to not unlock even though I have completely all necessary criteria to earn them. 

I went to a woodland mansion and explored it and the entire explorer map and then went to a new cartographer and started trading and got the same map even though the mansion wasn’t undiscovered anymore. I then went to a village 30,000 blocks from spawn and 37,000 blocks away from the last mansion and tried to trade with a different cartographer and still the same map. Then thinking I could cheat and tired of running around I used the locate mansion command and it gave the coordinates of the same mansion. Then thinking I maybe didn’t “discover” the mansion I went back to the mansion and went through it again and even went so far as to use TNT to explode the whole thing and then went to trade again and again the same map. When I get these same maps I’m even exploring them again to make sure that that doesn’t interfere. Now I’m thinking it’s just a bug that I can only get one woodland explorer map and only one spawned in or something since the locate command is only giving one as well even 30,000 blocks from spawn in the opposite direction.
