@Lemafor, i fixed this problem. I just deleted .minecraft (i saved saves, versions, resourcepacks folders) and reinstelled minecraft launcher. But I see that it didn't help you. I've read your logs and I have a couple of questions. Have you reinstalled Java? Where did you install Minecraft Launcher before? Try to clear this folder and folder.minecraft has previously saved the saves, resourcepacks, mods, shaderpacks, versions folders. Then tell me how it went
@Artem Myagkov, i have this proplem. I tried install Minecraft Bedrock on Xbox app and i get error 0x8000000b.
-Allowing the Minecraft Launcher, Xbox app, and Microsoft Windows through the firewall

I was looking at the system requirements for Minecraft Bedrock, since version 1.19 they have changed. Now you need Windows 10 20H2. My understanding is that it doesn't install because our version of Windows can't run it, because 20H2 had changes with UWP applications. I plan to upgrade soon.(I also have 1909).
