No I cannot apparently, but I will as soon as I can, I'm not using my computer tho
Yes I do use some modifications which is xisuma's datapacks (https://vanillatweaks.net/) and I'm not in a multiplayer server, it's a single player world
I cannot reproduce, I guess that's oftifine glitch
