I uploaded a video clearly showing what is going on with our Realms Plus.
Just as we hop onto the Realm or after a few minutes of playing it just cuts us off and resets the save. Lost a few hours of game, this is getting really annoying and considering what we pay for this kind of service it should be fixed asap.
