when i log in some times, i have no items and all my stuff is gone from yo chest and me.

when I try to load the launcher and play minecraft, the launcher shows up but it says "welcome guest please log in, loading versons" i cant hit the play button and i cant log in because it says " loading versons" i wait a long time nothing happens.
