I Have this problem and it's not iternet problem cause (I have VERY GOOD internet) in some of the computers in my house dont have this glitch! Also my laptop has it for about 10 seconds and no matter where it is in my house it always has it. It's only my desktop that has the problem. Just saying dis to show that the problem is applied because of where u are or ur internet.
