This needs to be fixed right away! Mobs spawning is all wrong and spawn in illuminated areas, this is a cap I took today inside my VERY illuminated home

@dov Sorry I meant the 1.13 version and that's correct. And that also happened to me as well, a creeper spawned inside my illuminated mansion
