I still have the same problem on my Samsung Tab 8.9 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Samsung_Galaxy_Tab_8.9
GT-P7310, with android 4.0.4
the problem started for me with the 0.15.0 version and I have tried to clear memory/cache/re-install and the problem is the same.
If there is a way to help to solve the problem let me know and I can send logs and other things to help.
I have check memory consumption and it does not increase that much when launching the app. After a while it just stops.

I stil have the same issue with 0.16.1
Black screen and then it just stops without any crash report.

I have tried both 1 and 2.
Nothing worked. I did not get any folders under 'games' in step 2.

I have this issue as well(0.15.2). For me it is when I exit a chest (or a crafting table).
The item I am holding will start to get a green bar and be thrown away. It is like I am using/hitting with the item at the same time as I am throwing it away(It has happened that I have destroyed things with an axe for instance). If I press another item the problem is resolved. So every time I exit a chest I always look if there is green on the item I am holding and then I press another Item.
