MCL-18773 1.17 and 1.17.1 Server Downloads Not Working Duplicate

MC-211749 After pressing play on the minecraft launcher, the error "GLFW error 65542:WGL: The driver does not appear to support OpenGL." I went to the website listed, updated my drivers, etc, still didn't work. Duplicate

There also seems to be a bug with 1.11.2 with the snow golems as well. I'm currently playing on a server. It isn't leaving a snow trail and I have tried making different snow golems and changing biomes as well.
