The last enchantment does not appear without using Texture Packs either. But what happens is, that the second enchantment that is shown is actually the one that should appear as third normally, when enchanting it costs 3 levels (despite showing a cost of only 2).
The Level 1 enchantment appears in the first place, the Level 3 enchantment appears in the second place, and the Level 2 enchantment does not appear at all when using the Pocket UI.

I have also experienced this, but it usually happens when there are many big simes in an area
Inside the jungle temple, none of the dispenser nor both of the loot chests generate. Although the redstone, tripwire hooks, pistons, repeaters and levers generate correctly.
What I expected to happen was:
The temple having dispenser traps and loot chests.
What happened was:
There were no chest nor dispensers.
How to replicate
• Generate a world with the seed -255485409.
• Teleport to X=707 Y=82 Z=228.
• Search the temple.
• The tripwires and redstone work but there is not dispensers or chets.

That is not a bug, snow normally piles in snow layers as it rains (snows) normally
Usually the end portal is behind a wall
