I've got the same issues - won't connect to marketplace, won't load my characters, no bitcoins and no purchases are there. This is extremely frustrating! All on Ipad iOS 13.x App and 1.14 keeps crashing at various points. Seems to connect to my xbox account but no content there either. Same messages as first one above plus failed to load character 1, 2, 3 etc. All worlds are locked despite having previously purchased the templates except the creative ones, that freeze on load and the whole thing keeps crashing.

Your solution worked for me, but with a couple of fewer steps.
I had previously backed up my worlds via iTunes (would always reccomend backing up your worlds before trying any fixes), so just tried to change the Manual DNS to 8.8.8.8 on my iPad and this worked without un-installing and re-installing Minecraft! I've now got 2 very happy boys who've gone without Minecraft for nearly a month! Thanks ever so much for following this up!
