Same issue on my iPad Mini 1st gen. Hope it is fixed soon!
I made an account specifically to comment on this issue, is Mojang even aware that this is still an issue as of its discovery, or are they just choosing to focus on fixing other bugs/upcoming content and not caring about this achievement bug since it doesn’t affect gameplay itself and is just a side quest should people want to it (which a lot of people do enjoy trying to get all of the achievements)
