try using the repair function of the installer then restart your computer at the end when it asks you to. that just fixed the issue I was having. even after i reinstalled it several times
have you tried uninstalling minecraft the using windows uninstaller and/or the minecraft installer?
are your drivers up to date? and have do you have all of your overlays off?
what are you system specs?
