Im just doing what it says online. It says use the FN key along with whatever F3 command you are using. It works for every other F3 command except F3+B and F3+T...

No, what I’m saying is that even when I do use that only F3+b and F3+t don’t work. The other F3’s do work

Still on 1.11.4. Sometimes, it won't even turn off when I click 'turn off'. I then have to go through settings to turn it off.... I'm on Samsung Galaxy S8+.
