Yes but no, that post is different. It says their signs are only SOMETIMES faded.
Mine are now ALWAYS faded, no matter what directions the sign are.
Also this doesn't explain how I can fix it??
Sorry my friend is not online so I can't ask her to send more screenshots, but today when I reopened my game, it started doing the same thing as her:

How do I fix it back to how it was before? I liked it when the text was NOT faded!!!
I don't know what's wrong with her screen, we both have brightness at 100%
I don't know why her sign text color is faded and why her glowstone is darker
We both tried turning "smooth lighting" to all 3 settings and "Graphics" to both settings and I have "entity shadows" off, she turned them off but no change in the text color
I asked her to do so, she said she was already at 100%
I also am already at 100% but had a night vision potion effect on me, here is the picture without night vision:
Ok I used f2 and found the screenshot from my minecraft folder, and told my friend to do the same.

This is not the same post because in their post their signs are only working if the sign is facing a different direction. So marking this as "Duplicate" and "Resolved" without even responding to my post is really rude of you.
Anyway... I get that you won't fix it because black is readable so that's all that matters to you, but what about your creative playerbase? Think about what matters to them.
For anyone out there who wants to find a temporary fix: Download optifine, it fixes this. Also it helps boost your performance a lot! 🙂
