Here are our last actions as NINTENDO SWITCH Users
1. Reconnect the profile with the associated nintendo account Result : Failed Error -9 persists
All profiles differences investigation in order to find any pattern a. Some are not linked to a nintendo account b.one account show an error 3 c. We discover that some profiles are not fully synchronized related to Cloud backup. We previously tried a fix which suggested that automatic backup was in cause. This may have misled us and messed up the status of synchronisation
2. Related to action above 2.c. we let the cloud update finish after turning the option for automatic backup. Then we quitted Minecraft and forced a reboot Result : Failed - Error -9 persists
3. Reset nintendo account password Result : Failed Error -9 persists
Note : Not tried to delete client ID file as we have no clue how to use a CLI on this device nor which is the underlying OS
More info : We are not using VPN nor Xbox
As it seems to be linked to the account in cause and some suggest that it is linked to parent account. This may be a good lead because my son account was initially set as the main one one this device. I can barely remember I requalified the account trying not to lose my little one games progression. We were not using Minecraft at the time.
