Tried to follow the steps outlined by @kane and @Eric. Still did not work for me. Interestingly enough, after the bug happened I tried to download a new rtx world from the marketplace (as I had tried that before and it mysteriously temporarily fixed the issue). I got the message that my computer does not meet the system requirements and that I'd need a GeForce RTX 2060 (Or better) and Intel Core i5 or equivalent CPU. (Guess this is being tracked in MCPE-140674) The actual cards I have are the following:
AMD Ryzen 7 3700x CPU Radeon RX6600 XT GPU
My graphics drivers are up to date. Minecraft version is 1.18.2
Edit: I've found "Updating" the resource packs folder by moving in/out files seems to temporarily fix the issue. The bug still occurs but much less frequently for me.
