I can understand your frustration. But maybe you didn't put in the right email? That could be the problem.

Ok. Just logged in morning and saw my 80 minecoins 😃 though my characters won't load... Idk   I'll try different stuff out.

This is for PE  as well. And it's on the server mineplex.
